We sell our products to retailers within the South-Western region of the US. Contact us and we would be pleased to point you in the direction of a store near you.

What are your production lead times?

Since every order we receive is made specifically for you, there are slightly longer wait times than most other manufacturers. Under normal circumstances, you should expect your furniture to ship from our facility in 4-6 weeks. Reach out to us, and we can give you a current expectation of lead times.

What are your return policies?

Since every piece of furniture is made to order for you, we cannot restock items. We are glad to help you through the process of creating your furniture, so this may not become an issue. Reach out to us and we will be of assistance in any way you need.


What materials does Richardson Furniture use to make their furniture?

All of our frames are made out of 100% solid wood. We do not use any plywoods or chipboard.
8 gauge sinuous springs made of steel.
Microfiber, pu and polyester fabrics from single rolls to avoid die lot issues.
Foams ranging in a variety of densities for maximum comfort in their application areas.
High loft fibers to keep uniformity in pillows and back cushions.

Where is Richardson Furniture Made?

Every piece of furniture is hand-made to order in our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. We are proud to have been manufacturing in The U.S. for more than 50 years.

Are your pieces customizable to fit my living area?

Every style we produce is available in a wide range of configurations from chairs, sectional pieces, sleepers and sofas. There is a high chance with the help of the styles product sheet you will attain your design goals. However, if you need more customization, we are happy to assist you in your goals.


What are your product warranties?

You may obtain information through the retailer you purchased from. Please be sure to contact the store you purchased your furniture from first to learn more about your coverage.
As a manufacturer, our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your new furniture under normal use: Wooden frame: lifetime from the date of original purchase. Seat cushion foam, filling: 2 years after the date of original purchase. Back cushions and toss pillows: 1 year after the date of original purchase.

How do I solve warranty issues?

Contact us by either phone or email, and we will gladly assist you with your questions or concerns. Please be sure to have your original sales receipt and order number handy.

My couch is still in great condition, can I get my seats and backs refilled?

Yes, if you would like to refresh the feel of your set with new seat cushions and fiber filling, we can order new materials at a minimal charge for your you.
